I have been with FNB for many years almost 20 I believe, also have two business accounts with them.
The last few weeks I have been frustrated by poor service and application issues.

The new website offers more features it seems despite being forced onto the customer, to say the least I hate the font used and UI which is not easy on the eye. At least allow the customer to customize once logging on as with many web apps these days. The main issue is have is that the search function on the history allows me to go many years back and when selecting an account and CSV output supposed to be emailed to me. I still havnt received anything, despite logging this with FNB complaints dept as well. I cannot believe in this day and age that somebody cannot pull some history in CSV format from a Database. I run a IT ERP business and know too well about Business Intelligence. After calling FNB, my business banker also for this, I am appalled that I am told to obtain printouts from the branch.

It is not wonder that many colleagues and IT people are switching to other banks!!!

Just today I tried to make a payment and get a JBOSS error. Don't you think the customer should be informed!
