Approved of loan then later decline

Nedbank branch in durban galleria, i was sitting and waiting for the personal loan consaltan, she seen me waiting didnt bother to call me, she work up and went to go make tea, from my understanding, waited half hour, then she calls, i tell her, that i need to apply for personal loan, she was very rude in her tone, i said i dont have pay slip on i wil go get one, i said two her, that the previous consalton did my application, i emailed my payslip with her blant tone saying i am not that person, no ways of talking, so i walked out of that branch, i am not a begger, if she was thinking like that, the way i was dressed up in my overall pants and shirt, i felt bad i walked away,
then i went to nedbank prospecton the lady was very helpful, i apply for personal loan on Friday the 6, i gave the nedbank consultant, she told me i was approved of R60000, i was happy i gave my documents, then next day nedbank calls for proof of employment, after few hours, nedbank sends sms saying i am not approved, i hold saa voager credit card, and nedbank credit card, i am excellent payee, reason my salary comes in on odd day, salary gets transferd on the last day, and clears on the 3rd of each month, thats way i didnt it what
