Week of frustrations

I ve have been rehabilitated recently, earning a more the decent salary I contacted Standard bank to open an account. I was referred to pvt banking based on my earnings. After 14 days of frustration requesting one document after the other, I eventually recieved an mail stating documents form my L&D account held by the curator is needed. Wanting to know reason and explanation for sequestration which is complete discrimination!! According to the law once rehabilitated your previous estate can't be held as reason for declining an account. With with clean credit record and a great salary it is still impossible to get a credit card.

How is one suppose to build a credit record if no one gives you credit? The banks are being rediclous hiding behind the Natoinal credit act. Worse is every branch or person you speak to has a different story. When I tried applying in may it was declined because of unresolved issues on my credit report, now a complete different story?? Banks are the pits!!!
