Still waiting

I applied for a card a month ago. Being declined because according to call center I was bankrupt?? I am still awaiting the letter for the reason to decline.

On stating to the agent that I have been rehabilitated more then 5 months ago, she said that I have to wait six months before I can apply for a card? When I ask here to send me that policy, she said she was not allowed to. This is absolute crazy because law 129 and 127 on insolvency and rehabilitation clearly states that once rehabilitated the previous estate can t be held against you which they are obviously doing! When asked about affordability which is the main criteria to determine if credit should be granted she said it was good but not taken into account as the look at history, and track record. Now there is no credit history as I was rehabilitated after four years!

So how do you build a record if you can't get credit even if you can afford it??
