Paid up Vehicle not removed

I bought a Corolla via Standard Bank in 2009, which I settled in full in March 2012. It has been a year since, and my vehicle is still listed on ITC as not paid up. I can not get finance from other banks now, because it reflects that I still pay Standard Bank R2950, 00 per month. I have been to the branch in Grahamstown in November 2012, plus I emailed Standard bank Vehicle Finance in November 2012 regarding this. They assured me that they will remove me from ITC, and that it takes up to 2 months. It is now May 2013, and I am still listed on ITC. I can now not get any additional finance because of this and had to cancel my holiday plans.
