Rude phone calls and inaccurate recordings of info

I have a Capfin loan of which I have been paying in the last three months. None of the payments have been accurately recorded on my credit report and even with proof being sent to their lawyers no one seems to want to rectify the problem.

I have also asked for my updated balance so I can close the account and this too has not occured. Instead I get tossed between the lawyers and Capfin both telling me to speak to the other, neither wanting to take responsibility.

On top of all of this, I've dealt with rude consultants, who actually shout at me and are very unhelpful. I am yet to speak to anyone with a professional approach from Capfin.

This is really not on.
