Every time I call the call centre, they make you wait for a very long period. They let you wait and then you are being cut off. Cell phones are very expensive. I used all my air time, R200, 00 and still I don't even know where
I am with MIBFA. They don't want to give their Names at all and they keep sending you from operator to operator.
Could some-one help me, please?
