Good day,

Following a desperate and costly process to have my credit record cleared I reached a point in July where my debt was totally paid up. This process took me 7 months and cost varying amounts of money to have listings removed. Following having the legal side of this done however, it is still up to the bureaus to update the information. This they have 21 days to do from receipt of the documentation. Yet, Months later these adverse listings remain on my profile. Experian has removed them yet XDS remains... This impacts my life dramatically. I understand that the original situation was my own doing but I have now done what was needed to have this cleared... I have even requested legal assistance which has also failed. I am still unable to apply for much needed credit due to the bureau not updating the info as required. I understand the need for bureaus, and understand that my defaulting was my own doing but I am now being held prisoner, after paying the debts, because of it.
