I recently changed my monthly contribution on the discovery web site.
The amount did not reflect on my debit order. I then wrote an email asking them when I can expect the new amount to come off. After getting a response from Rendani which had absolutely nothing to do with my request I sent it again.
This time Andrew responded with another absolute pathetic answer having nothing to do with my question. I really think the least you can do is get people answering emails that can read.
