Changing of Monthly Payout Amounts and Not Paying

I have been receiving monthly payments from an Annuity Investment made at Discovery Invest. Douglas Kekana was responsible for that, the amounts I received on a monthly basis was around R 750.00 per month paid to me on the 25th of every month, then all of a sudden I start to receive in January R 262.75 and in February R 271.03 paid to my account on the 25th - where I clearly asked to increase my amount to 10% and it should be paid to me on the 10th of the month, I queried the new amounts and those queries were send to Douglas with no replies only saying they are working on it. So now I have had it, I asked for the proof of the document where I signed to lower the amounts to R 200 and that is also not sent to me everytime I talk to him he just ignore my request. So now I decided that in the light of this any future investments that we were thinking about will nog be made to Discovery Invest, and I want to stress that I am sorry for Riaan and Kathy who always just gave me their very best service and interest but due to Douglas Kekana they just lost my future investments as I can't trust Discovery Invest.
