Account opened in my name

I pulled my experian credit report, only to find out that i am a victim of identity. One of the accounts opened in my name is a FNB personal loan, i have tried contacting fnb, accounts, loans and general call centre and no one can assist me! i want this removed off my name! this is becoming rediculous
