Pathetic irgnorant experian

To my surprise after making application for loan in one of the banks I was declined though after many attempts even being given notification by credit ombund and also same account that removed by transunion and that they have sent emails out to all itc that they must update my report that mtn must be removed because it was opened, but instead they ignored the matter.
