Terrable service

All I want is my Bond statement to show my correct address. I have done all they said I need to do but the address showing on my bond statement is still the same as it was four year ago... the worst service ever.
All they say go back to the branch again and submit your Fica documents again we have receive their fax... really now i must take off again!!!
