I have a game account (RCS) for about 3 years now. I use the account and then every now and then (usually around 6 months) I would pay the entire account off. If you pay in advance or skip a month you are harrassed on the phone 2 to 4 times a day by different consultants telling you to make double payment at the end of the month. Their antiquated system doesnt seem 2 allow them to look at your account history and note that you are a good payer but rather they make you want to close your account and never by at GAME ever again.

Currently I paid in November 2012 (reflecting on the system) about R1500 my monthly installment being around R600 and now I am receiving 3 to 4 calls a day from pushy consultants trying to tell me that I have to pay double at the end of this month even though they acknowledge that they got the R1500 payment in November. Why must I receive a multitude of calls from someone that knows that I have paid additional amounts in November. Secondly the call is from a blocked number, you answer and there is no one... you have to hold on for at least 30 seconds before someone even start talking to you. I will definately be closing this account when I have paid it off
