Once again just adding charges

Last week Monday I put a complaint on Hellopeter-Ref No: 280932 - a lady phoned me saying they were going to reverse the charges and that she was going to send me an email to close account. It is now a week later and I have received nothing. My parents have also now been charged R 270.00 - cash deposit fee on an Encore cheque Account. An account where they are suppose to be no bank charges if they pensioners!!! Can`t understand this?
