Elease my card

I was a bit behind on my payments of my credit card so it got handed over, they told me i have to make payments of R500 over the next three months which i did. when i called them after 3 months of payments they told me it has to be 4 months and i have judgments against my name. i did a itc check and there are no judgements, the first time they said there was a problem with my tracker account and the second time the lady from absa phoned them they said it was because of lewis so they are just making up excuses. i want my card released in this week still
