MAN OF HIS WORD

I had the misfortune of an accident last month and followed the necessary procedures. I started to feel that service from mi way was starting to drag because the other party involved in the accident now blamed the accident on me although i had a witness. For this reason i thought this was going to be a long drawn out process. Yashveer called me for the first time yesterday and he understood my frustration, he handled the telephonic conversation with a very high degree of competence and empathy at the same time. I stressed to him that i wanted closure on this matter because i am a nurse, i work long hours and i am on night duty so i don't have the time to run around or even have long telephonic conversations because i need to sleep! He promised to phone me the next day with the outcome and in my mind i thought, " yeah right we'll see bout that" This morning i just got home from a long tough night in the ER and Yashveer called. I immediately recognized his excellent language and communication skills. The outcome turned out in my favour but even if it didnt, i would have still been happy because this man kept to his word!!! I wish him well in his career, I suggest a managment position
