Bought a car through Standard Bank and pay the car long before the due date yet payments are not being allocated correctly and then I get bombarded with phone calls. I have emailed proof of payment and even received an account that my account is in advance yet now I receive phone calls that my account is 2 months in arrears. I get no responses from Standard Bank at all and after being a client for 25 years I will be moving all my business in the near future since they cannot recognise client services and treat loyal customers fairly. Today the phone got put doen in my ear... how professional!? Can Standard Bank confirm receipt of ALL my payments and also treat me with respect!!!
