USELESS!!!

So it's been more then 10 weeks since i've emailed you a scanned copy of my I.D. I was told that you will sort it out in 14 days. Updating my name on my account will take 14 days and its been more then 10 weeks. If you are not going to update my details then delete my personal information from your website. I havent borrowed money yet so u have no reason to keep my personal informarion for records ect. I want my information deleted from your system within the next two days i'm done waiting. And dont send me a message about you are sorry that i am disappointed in your service cause its bull.
