Tracey Sonickson responded to this complaint saying that they will respond to me but to date nothing: Really Pathetic Service From FNB:

I withdrew an amount at the bank and was charged R670, when I phoned Trade Route Mall to ask why so high and why the lady at the teller never told me its going to be so much, I was put on speaker by a lady and made a fool of. I then asked for the Manager and explained what my query was and she told me that there was a email sent to tell us as customers about the increase. I then complained about the the lady that made a fool of me and asked that she be dealt with, and all she could answer me was she will deal with, I have requested that this matter be escalated and she said she will escalate it, to date no response from FNB has been received. I have gotten to a point where I said that I will have to close my account at the rate they going...
