This is my first time purchasing a vehicle, and thus requiring insurance. Had so many apprehensions about the process and the costs, and called so many insurance companies, but Shaun Pillay of Outsurance really made me feel at ease. Wonderful demeanour, polite, kind and helpful, willing to go the extra mile and patiently address all my concerns. I had the idea of calling some more insurance companies, but Shaun's confidence in his product and service sold it for me. I hope that the journey with Outsurance is just as exciting as the sale was.
