So after already going through the claims process and receiving good service.

Today my car's clutch goes in woodmead. Stressed I start calling around and to my surprise kp are willing to help.
I'm worried about how much it's going to cost and log a call for a quote.
I get a call back and am advised that David is on his way and that there is no cost. This is very good news to me especially cause I need to get to my mechanic in Germiston.

Already happy about the service I received I then get calls left right and centre from the HELPDESK and the tow truck driver confirming times and location. Once picked up I receive another call confirming I have been picked up, once dropped off I receive another phone call confirming that my vehicle has been dropped off and that I am happy.
