Was involved in an accident on the 18/10/2013 on that night I wasn't fit to call the assist line I was taken from the scene with an ambulance where by another tow truck had towed my vehicle the next morning when I woke up the first thing I did was contacted the emergency assist line they told me they lodging the incident on there system. From the 21/10/2013 I've been contacting king price everyday to find out when they moving my vehicle I spoke to naseeka sheldon naseema emiel and everyday has been been the same story they said smd is in the process of moving the vehicle. Monday afternoon emiel called me he told me on friday smd moved the vehicle and they also gave him a reference number he said its in smd's yard. He also said he would contact me tuesday morning which even uptil now I had no response. Yesterday I went to the tow trucks yard and I saw my vehicle is still there I then took a picture and emailed to emiel tried to contact him no help I called to speak to shameema again she returned the call and said the vehicle is still in the process of being moved??? What is going on 12days have gone and the vehicle is still there do I need to get legal advice.
