Proper documentaion is needed before debits is don

If I call the bank and complain about a debit order it clearly means I don't know the reasons why I'm being debited. My understanding is that my money is save with Nedbank but after I saw on the 30 August that Call Voice has debited 129.99 without my concern then I went crazy. Banks should get proper documents from 3rd parties that are debiting money before they give them authorisation. I'm short of money and when I call the bank I'm send to Stratcall then to Call Voice. I do not have any business with this people and don't know them at all. I need the bank to cancel that debit order moving forward while I'm still waiting for Call Voice to refund my money. The bank should know that this company is fraut and never allow this kind of things to happen. Lot of people are in the same boat with me according to the reports on Hello peter so please attend to this matter urgently.
