Wrong car, no assessment: claim refuted

When I submitted a claim they refuted it, which is their good right.

Only:

1. They claim the vehicle was assessed by two assesors - no one visited the stand my car is kept.

2. The evaluated the wrong model altogether: they reckoned my car was a 750cc and mde their decision based on that. I drive a Spark 995cc

These people are dangerously incompetent
