Call voice is defrauding people

I got an sms from my bank telling me to fund a debit order for R99.99 for call voice. I have no idea who they are, when I call them to enquire they took my number they said they'll call me back.this is happening for the fourth time and all they say to me is that they have more than 400 call centre agents they'll do investigations.the annoying part is that I don't even know what the company is about, I didn't even receive a call from them offering me anything. I work in a bank and I see a lot of people having a problem with them.how can they just deduct money from us without our concern.
