I HAVE SETTLED MY ACCOUNT AND STILL WONGA REFUSE TO UPDATE MY ACCOUNT . I KEPT ON SENDING EMAILS AND PHONING THEM BUT THEY KEEP ON IGNORING ME.

THE CONSULTANTS PROMISE ME THAT THEY WILL COME BACK TO ME, BUT WITHOUT ANY SUCCEED THEY NEVER RESOLVE THE PROBLEM.

THEY REFERRED ME TO THEIR SUPERVISOR MELANIE DEBIQUE BUT STILL NO REPLY FROM HER, AND SHES'S NEVER AVAILABLE, ALWAYS OUT OF OFFICE.

MY LAST EMAIL LAST EMAIL I RECEIVED FROM THEIR CUSTOMER CARE DEPARTMENT, WAS THAT I AS THE CUSTOMER MUST PHONE THEM TO DISCUSS THE ISSUE .

HOW RIDICULES CAN THEIR CUSTOMERS SERVICE BE?
