My Monthly debit order has been R1777.88 but in September it suddenly went to R2009.72 without my permission and a another debit amount of R125 telesure which is new to my account and which I did not authorize.
This is the second time this has happened where previous they double debited my account to over R3000 without my knowledge
I find there service unacceptable and abusive
