NEDBANK SIMMONDS STREET HAS THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE AND I HATE GOING TO THAT BRANCH.We needed a statement for our investement account and we waited for an hour just to get our ticket number (E006) to be called out. One of your friendly and most helpful consulatant Warren noticed how fustrated and irriated we were and he offered to assist us however he could not print out the statement we wanted which was out off the 120 cycle. When eventually our ticket number was called we were advised that the investement departmnent will send the statement hopefully in 48 hours and that to me is rubish. How the can such a busy branch have only 2 consultants working at the enquries desk, if we were attended on time we would have been out of the branch in less than 20 minutes. We called for a manager and was advised she/he was not available and a team leader was called who was not even bothered by our complain or even apologise for the lack of service. If thats the kind of service the banks has believe me i dont want to bank with Nedbank and your management needs to be trained on what is reputational risk.
