Impossible to cancel a paid up bond

I requested on several occasion for FNB to cancel my bond since its paid up, I always get told to fill in a form and fax back to FNB which I did every time I am told to do so, I was told once I fax the form FNB will then contact me with the lawyer who will do the cancellation as I stated I do not have a lawyer of my own, till today I haven't been assisted.
