I am sick and tired of bad treatment!!!

This is ridiculous now!! I have been fighting a claim with Santam for over a month now!! I have had nothing but terrible treatment from staff there (all excluding one gentleman!!) They want to pay me HALF of the value it will take to repair my vehicle.. for an accident that I did not cause!! It is pathetic and I am disgusted in Santam!!!
