I sent Auto and general an email regarding my premium and excess review on the 15th of August 2013. I received a response on the 16th of August 2013 from Maureen Makhubidu stating that they've received my inquiry and that I was going to be contacted shortly, but I was never contacted. On the 21st of August I sent yet another email informing her that I had not been assisted. Its the 28th of August today and she has never replied nor have I been contacted by auto and general.
