BAD SALES FOR A FAT COMMISSION

I am very disappointed a the terrible service i have been receiving from 1Lifedirect.
It is people like Septimus Nkwinika and the people on top such as Surian Naidoo who give good companies a bad name.
I was mislead into taking a second policy with them, their sales consultant Septimus Nkwinika assured me that he is giving me an upgrade to my initial/existing policy and he will cancel my first policy.
To my surprise, 2 premiums were taken off from my account by 1Lifedirect for 2 consecutive months, to inconvenience me even worse they took R150.00 which they claim it was for admin, but nowhere in our conversation was that disclosed.
Is this how 1Lifedirect is treating their clients, just to make sales and take their fat commission home?
To make matter worse the manager himself was nothing but unhelpful, it's been 3 weeks now that i have been waiting for him to resolve this matter.
I am working for insurance company as well, i know the FAIS requirements and i am sure the OMBUD will be happy to hear from me
.I WANT ALL THE PREMIUMS TAKEN FOR THE SECOND POLICY TO BE REFUNDED BACK BACK TO MY ACCOUNT WITHIN THE NEXT 3 DAYS AND BE CONTACTED .
