L feel used by first rand division

I am having an account with fnb for quite a long time now. Today when l apply for finance l dont get it because of my problem l had 11years ago and that account was settled by then. I feel is very stupid to be judged by that record but when l open something like smart account l am not a risk because you got a profit on the account. There is nothing special with fnb l refer people there but now l doubt because l am like a chewing gum you eat when sugar is over you throw it away. I think if you guys dont go back to your stupid decisiob l must tell everyone around me and my family to play far away from fnb.
