Money been deducted out of my account

Good Day Sir / Miss

Regarding the out come of my account the money that was been deducted out of my account no respond for paying the money back or a sign contract of proof stating I hade a loan, Acording to the email I received from Maggie Forbes it state that theye can not give me proof of a sign contract due to lost of fire, this is no way of working and this is bad service. If this is the way of working with clients I don't now, I did not have a loan with ABSA and told them that and now theye just taken money out of my account.
