ABSA did not carry out my Investment instructions

I visited the ABSA Jan Kempdorp branch in January 2013 to re-invest my money. I instructed them to pay my interest monthly into a new Moneybuilder account that I opened on that day for that purpose. Since then I have not received any interest. I visited and phoned the bank several times but they do not come back to me, nor have they paid my outstanding interest. I lodged an official complaint to their resolution section in April 2013 without any positive response.
