FNB Online Takes 2 Steps Backwards

I've seen countless similar complaints about the new FNB online banking app, but FNB clearly doesn't take notice or care. Nothing has improved since the disastrous new site was switched on.

The new site is at least two steps back from what was actually pretty functional. Of course everything can improve, and things change, but FNB showed that some things go backwards.

Maybe FNB couldn't cope with its growth and this is a way of keeping the numbers more manageable?

Anyone know of a bank that is taking the lead in online service now that FNB has stepped down?

Oh, one more thing FNB, a "thank you for your complaint" without actually doing anything about it is doubly insulting.
