I recently purchased a new car and needed to insure it, I filled out the enquiry form on the Outsurance website and received a call back from Vicki Victor before I had even left the webpage.

The full quoting process was quick and easy and the premium was reasonable. At the time I made it clear to Vicki that I was shopping around, she respected this and followed up as promised without being pushy. When I made the decision to accept the quote, she sorted all the admin out for me within minutes!

Overall, great service... two thumbs up!
