Debiting my account for something im not aware of

After struggling for week and going from banks to call centers all to try and get a number to contact betterlife about why they debiting my account for something I have no idea about. I called the call center to try and resolve this matter but I have had no luck getting through to a consultant, all I receive is a AVR and after hanging on for a solid hour nobody still picks up the phones.
