Over drawing Debit orders

I phoned Nedbank to make a payment arrangement. I was one instalment behind and did not want any it to run more than That. We came to an agreement of R1100-00 for 3 months. Starting with The Debit for End August.

They debited my Account 3 times. Taking R5400-00. Since Monday Last week the 2nd of September I have been phoning and fighting But the answer is 48 hours. This is the longest 48 hours i have ever encountered. The money they took is due for a maintenance payment. In this instance I am Bound by law to do a payment by the 7th. Today is the 9th. This in laments terms is!!! In trying to be honest and forth coming with problems at hand you get stiffed. What can be expected to happen and when???
