I have been calling the plantinum call centre to find out progress about my increase in overdratf, from Thursday the 5th September but i had no joy, theses consultants are unprofessional, don"t know what they are doing and kept putting me through the next consultant and the next consultant, i made about 10 calls to them and spent about 10-15 min each time I called. i am totally disgusted with the service i recived, the worst thing is when i called on Friday, i heard consultants on the background, talking and laghing and the put me on kold but i could hear every thing.
when i initially applied for this they told me it will take about 2-3 days, today is the 4th working day.
i am so emmbarressed to call myself a Platinum Absa account holder.
