ABSA not assisting client with card being cloned

My Card was and cloned. And they drew all the money from my account. Now ABSA says they will not refund my money as they are not responsible. It is there systems that was hacked. And their responsibility to keep my money save. I had to call every time. As no one was coming back to me. They said it will be resolved in 9 working days. And this has pass already.
I have been banking with ABSA for my whole life. And this is the way they treat longstanding customers
