No letter of Power of attorney on Legal DeptSystem

Today i am totally off. After sending in 2 letters to the FNB Legal Department giving me Power of attorney over my husband's account for the LEGAL DEPT.These STUPID consultants are telling me today again i cannot query on my husbands account. What the do you do? Do you not keep record of such things. LAST YEAR OCT 2012 my husband send an an letter giving me power over his account, IN APRIL 2013 AGAIN he had to send in an letter giving me power of attorney on that day I REQUESTED THAT THIS SHOULD BE ON RECORD.EVERY MONTH AFTER APRIL I HAVE BEEN CALLING THE FNB LEGAL DEPT REQUESTING THE BALANCE ON THE AMOUNT MY HUSBAND STILL OWES AND NO PROBLEM I WOULD BE ASSISTED. TODAY THESE AT THE CALL CENTER AND THE TEAM LEADER GWEN TELL ME THEY CANNOT HELP BECAUSE I DO NOT HAVE AUTHORIZATION WHAT THE F..K .THIS IS RIDICULOUS.KINDLY HAVE YOUR SYSTEMS CHECK TO SEE WHERE THE THE LETTER IS WE SUBMITTED.THIS IS UNPROFESSIONAL, THERE SHOULD BE AN NOTE OR SOMETHING ON YOUR SYSTEM ESPECIALLY IF SOME 1 HAS FLIPPEN AUTHORIZATION. I WANTED TO SETTLE THE ACCOUNT BUT BECAUSE OF YOUR SYSTEM NOT HAVING THE PAPERWORK/LETTER I AM UNABLE TO DO SO WHICH PISSSESSS ME RIGHT NOW.
