Poor service

I came to nedbank for a student loan and at first the banker didn't explain any of the information that needs to be done and then when we came back with the forms and then kept telling us to bring other stuff but he never called to say he needed the stuff we have to call or come in for any progress on the loan I had to call to hear anythins. I waited 2 months for my loan to be appoved and then I called the main office and the said its already been approved sins last week monday he never called me to tell me it has been approved and that me off because I am a student that studies software development and I couldent write any exams for 2 months because I was waiting for the bank. Don't come to the nedbank branch at the waterfront in bloemfontein their service and they have poor client service.
