Efusing to refuse quote bad attitude

My son and I were involved in a car accident, a taxi skipped a robot, causing us to swerve and hit a wall, with the result my car suffered damages, upon logging the claim, assesors from speedway panel beaters in gauteng claimed that my vehicle was declared uneconomical to repair, Thapelo from outsurance made the decision himself to have my vehicle scrapped- I refused and with numerous phone calls found out that three quotes are to be requested before making a final decision, in this case one quot was submitted- I contacted my assessor in the Freestate where I currently reside, who in turn managed to receive a second quotation, Thapelo was contacted by my assessor and explained to him that the vehicle was repairable, who in turn gave my assorsor arrogant attitude, I have given no consent to have my vehicle scrapped. However Thapelo has taken it upon himself to ignore my request and has decided that he would react on what he decides is the correct thing to do, I have submitted my second quotation where the vehicle can be repaired for a more affordable price and will not need to be scrapped. I am very disgusted by the way the claims dep. have treated me, thy're not what they advertise
