Just another Ucount complaint

I registered for Ucount during June received and activated the card and after two and a half months have not received a single reward point. An e-mail to their enquiries address, which is supposed to be answered within 24 hours delivered no results. Have now sent a mail to my Private Banker's assistant. Not that I have ever met this Private Banker and all requests just get referred to the assistant anyway.

They are very effective in deducting the R20 per month for the last 3 months by the way. Not that I think this post will make any difference to their service. I see their is already a very long list of complaints about Ucount on this site.
