Cant be reached, not bothered to respond

I have been trying to reach the accounts/ customer service department for nearly 2 weeks since I have not received a statement and the required bank details to pay into. I have had my account for 1 and a half months but no details and I am probably getting a bad credit rating at this rate.

I have called the number provided but keep holding for ages except when I select the payment arrangement option. Someone would answer immediately but upon learning that I simply need a statement that would enable me to make payment I am patched through from pillar to post.

One lady gave me 2 "direct " numbers to contact - the first does not exist and the second, though a different number to the previous I had, directs me to the exact options I had with the first available number - so really - NO help whatsoever.

I have emailed as well but have had NO response yet 4 days later.

Do you not need my money? because I am really happy with that arrangement and perhaps you would like to spread the love and give a few others some more payment holidays?
