CAPITEC BANK LAIRS

I went in to my local branch to apply for a loan ones there the consultant who helped me said i qualify. She then came back stating that she phoned my work and they said my salary is unstable. I could note understand seeing that my salary is paid in to my Capitec account The lady said she spoke to Cindy our Salary clark. I left feeling uncomfortable. When i got to work I went to confirm with Cindy and Cindy said no one spoke to her and she would never say something like. I am very disappointment in this service and would like to know is this what Capitec offers its clients!!!
