False Advertising

I sent an sms in response to your radio ad for a quotation, promising to beat my current insurance and if not that you would pay out R400.00. The consultant who called me, somebody named Emmanuel, was rude and discouraging. Kept asking "do you want a quote or the money? " but made the whole phone call a downright waste of my time, leaving me with no option but to end it even before we were done. Now, to top it all off, my network provider tells me that the sms i sent yesterday to your number 44495 cost me R40!!! Why don't you put it in your ads that we are actually paying for this "beatable quotation" of yours? Outsurance is totally misleading and this is highly unethical. I've heard of companies charging R5 even R10 for an sms but this... you people should be ashamed of yourselves really now!
