ABSA HAS REALLY GONE TOO FAR THIS TIME

My husband had accounts with absa and went under administration 2008.We PAID all three accounts up in full in MAY 2013 and recieved all the letters etc stating accounts have been paid in full. They went and deducted a R1000 for the credit card that is outstanding and will do so everymonth until it is finished paid. Since my husband is no longer under admin they think they can do what they want. I went in on friday and the lady phoned a woman in the credit card dept by the name of OLGA that i have all the paperwork and its been paid in full. All she could say was they never recieved it and lawcredit said they did and once the money is allocated they will refund the money. Tomorrow is thursday and i have still not had one single phone call!! How can ABSA lose R4500 in their own bank and take so long to trace it. Once this sorted we are closing this account and will go elsewhere!!!
